Lloyd Claycomb serves as CEO and Chairman of the Board for United Builders Service, Inc., a specialty construction company specializing in structural and nonstructural metal stud framing, drywall, insulation, and acoustical grid ceilings. Lloyd is also served board member for multiple associations, including Design Builders of Montana, the Grand Canyon State Bank, and AviBree Real Estate Holdings, Inc and currently serves on the board for Silverleaf Aviation.
Lloyd Claycomb founded United Builders Service (UBS) in 1978, and he has guided its growth since into a widely respected firm with successful operations nationwide.
Under Lloyd’s leadership, UBS has built and maintained longstanding, productive partnerships with banking, insurance, and bonding institutions, as well as key material suppliers. Since the company’s establishment, UBS has provided critical resource to over 50,000 multi-family units and thousands of commercial projects. These span every conceivable type of construction, including large apartment and condominium complexes, ultra-luxury custom homes, hotels, offices, restaurants, churches, hospitals, and assisted-living facilities. Lloyd and his team have also managed projects for government facilities, like prisons and public schools as well as several military operations such as Fort Drum in upstate New York, which is the largest land-based military housing project in the United States.

A proud husband, father, and grandfather, Lloyd enjoys taking decisive action to improve the wellbeing of those around him. He previously sat on the board for a number of philanthropic organizations, including Our Children International and Maranthana International Volunteers and currently sits on the board for Our Warriors at Home. Alongside his wife, Karen, Lloyd donates both time and money to create meaningful change both locally and abroad. He is responsible for the construction of an orphanage in El Salvador that currently serves up to 160 orphans. Lloyd is, in fact, the first reserve officer to train and certify a K-9 unit. An avid flight enthusiast, Lloyd Claycomb is a jet and helicopter rated pilot with more than 5,000 hours of flying time in an assortment of aircrafts.
